September 3-5, 2021 there was an international Conference of Global Taekwon-Do Federation GTF in Bishkek city, Kyrgyzstan.
Following the results of the Conference, the decisions were made:
Master Sergiu Balan was elected as President of the international Global Taekwon – Do GTF Federation (Moldova).
Damir Khalilov (Russia) and Demid Grachev (Kazakhstan) were elected to the posts of vice – presidents of the GTF.
Leysan Halilova (Russia) was elected to the post of General Secretary of the GTF.
Master Victor Shcherbakov (Russia) was elected to the post Technical Director of the GTF.
Alimbek Kadyrov elected to the post of President of the Continental Federation in AsiViktor Tikhonenko (Ukraine) elected to the post of President of the Continental Federation in Europe.
Viacheslav Maiserik(Russia) was elected as chairman of the Inclusive Committee of the GTF.
Elena Shcherbakova (Russia) elected as Press Secretary of the GTF.
