That event was held in the city of Temuco at the facilities of the Liceo Técnico Profesional Centenario on Wednesday, May 24, 2023.
It was organized by Sabon Javier Inostroza Moreno III Dan (GTF Chile President) and dictated by Sabonim Lucas Beloso Gtf VI Dan (GTF South America President).
