Moscow, July 17, 2025 — A landmark event took place as part of strengthening international sports and cultural ties: the International Taekwondo Federation GTF (Global Taekwondo Federation) and the SCO National Center for Public Diplomacy signed a cooperation agreement.
On behalf of the International Taekwondo Federation GTF, the following participated in signing the agreement:
– Leisan Ryakibovna Khalilova — Federation Secretary General;
– Alimbek Kadridinovich Kadyrov— First Vice-President;
– Damir Dilyarovich Khalilov — Vice-President.
The SCO National Center for Public Diplomacy was represented by Stanislav Lvovich Korolev, Director of the organization.
Objectives of Cooperation
The agreement is aimed at developing joint projects in the field of sports, culture, and public diplomacy. The main areas of cooperation include:
– Organization of international tournaments, seminars, and master classes in GTF taekwondo;
– Promotion of a healthy lifestyle and sports values among young people;
– Strengthening friendly ties between SCO member countries through sports;
